Yes, we always have plenty of free street parking available in front of the property and on the rest of the street. Please do not park in or block the driveway, as that is reserved for the hosts.
Check-in is available from 3:00pm onwards on the day of your arrival, and check-out is at 10:00am on your departure day. Please plan accordingly, as our meticulous cleaning process requires time to uphold our high standards.
We do our best to accommodate early check-in / late check-out requests, but can’t guarantee it. Please message us a few days before your arrival, and we will coordinate with our cleaning staff to accommodate your request if possible.
The Ravenna neighborhood is known for its charming and residential character, featuring tree-lined streets, historic homes, and a strong sense of local community. With its proximity to the University of Washington, Ravenna offers a mix of academic influences, a variety of local shops and eateries, and easy access to parks – creating a quaint residential feel in vibrant urban area.
There are no laundry facilities available to guests on the property. However, there is a great laundromat just 5 blocks down the street on 55th Ave, called Hogan’s Corner Laundromat. They are open daily from 7:30am to 10:00pm with rapid, self-serve washers and dryers. They also offer a drop-off service where they will wash, dry, and fold your laundry and have it ready for you to pick up later.
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your check-in date will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation.
Whether you are going to explore the nightlife in Capitol Hill, go to a sporting event or concert, or to the airport, the easiest and quickest way to get around Seattle is by light rail. Just a quick uber or lime bike ride away, Ravenna Retreat is conveniently located between three stations:
SeaTac airport is 19 miles south of Ravenna Retreat and, depending on traffic, is about a 30 minute drive. If you will not be arriving with a car, rideshares can get pretty expensive. If you are not in a hurry, taking the light rail from the airport to one of the three stations mentioned above is the easiest and most affordable option. A one-way ticket to or from the airport is $3.25 (prices may vary slightly).

Yes, you absolutely can have food and groceries delivered! Be sure to inform the delivery service of where to deliver your food (directions to your unit), or be prepared to retrieve your delivery from the front door. Please do not rely on the hosts to deliver your food.
Smoking outdoors on the patios is fine, as long as the doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from getting inside. Our house shares central heating and ventilation between all units and even small amounts of second-hand smoke travels quickly through the vents. Yes, vapes count as smoke and will not be tolerated indoors. Any guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
While we want our guests to have a good time, we do not allow parties on our property. Any guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
Please show respect for our neighbors, other guests, and the hosts by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.
Regardless of if they are hypoallergenic or not, unfortunately we do not allow pets in our units.
Please do not order personal deliveries or have mail sent to your home rental unit. You may have packages and mail delivered to the local USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon lockers. Follow the instructions by these providers on their general delivery service for whichever carrier you choose.
