Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any cancellations or interruptions to your trip.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Maximum Occupancy
The Craftsman Corridor and Mountain Themed Suite are each designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of four guests.
The Forest Apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of six guests.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy limits (overcrowding) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Children of all ages are considered guests and must be included in the total occupancy.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside our apartments or on our property.
Service animals are allowed with proper documentation; however, advanced notice is required.
Smoking Policy:
We maintain a smoke-free and vape-free environment inside our home and apartments.
Due to central heating, smoke odor can quickly spread and affect neighboring units within our home.
Violation of our smoke-free policy will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $500 and immediate eviction without a refund.
Smoking and vaping outside are permitted, but please ensure doors and windows are closed while doing so to prevent smoke from getting inside.
If smoke odor is detected inside, guests will be held responsible and may face eviction based on any evidence deemed appropriate by the property owner.
Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees resulting from their actions during their stay.
The property owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever.
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or circumstances.
Guests must adhere to all terms and conditions, policies, house rules and guidelines provided; failure to do so may result in additional charges or eviction without a refund.
The property owner reserves the right to charge guests’ credit cards for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required due to guest actions, as determined by the property owner after check-out.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Housekeeping
The apartments will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
Linens and towels are provided.
With advanced notice, our housekeepers can set up a Pack ‘n Play travel crib with a fresh mattress encasement and top sheet for your infant.
