Your cohost takes care of tasks such as creating and updating your listing, communicating with guests, arranging cleaning and maintenance, and managing pricing to optimize occupancy and revenue.
We take care of all the guest communication and listing management for you from our account, using our proven best practices and industry standards. We request that you allow us to handle this aspect of the business, as we need to have full authority to do our job properly.
The guests who cause the damages will be accountable for them, and we will use Airbnb’s Aircover insurance or Safely short-term rental insurance policies to recover the funds.
Property owners are expected to cover the costs of any repairs and furnishing needed to make their listing ready for short-term rental guests, as well as any ongoing maintenance and upkeep required to maintain our quality standards. We can offer guidance on design and furnishing options, and coordinate with our network of contractors to address any issues that may occur. The expenses for these services will be subtracted from the owner’s monthly income statement.
Yes, you can stay at your property when you visit the area, but please inform us as early as possible so we can reserve the dates for you. If another guest has already booked the dates you are requesting, we cannot cancel their reservation to allow owner usage.
The property is cleaned extensively after each guest’s stay, which could range from once a week to multiple times a week depending on the length of each guest’s stay. We also conduct monthly deep cleanings when the schedule allows extra time for our cleaning staff.
